Here's what the game interface looks like after the English patch installed.
It's almost understandable to play the game specially the basic needs that usually used in game. I just uploaded some screenshots so you can see how the game will be playable after the patch. Unfortunately quest is still in chinese but I think sooner or later, there will be an update where quest and other chinese language text will be translated to English.
